If you create an account or place an order, we also collect your login credentials and any order and delivery information. If you send us artwork, logos, or photos to engrave, we collect those files.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the site, through cookies and analytics.
- Information from third parties. We may receive information such as public reviews (for example, Google reviews we display) from the platforms where they are posted.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes; to process and fulfill orders and payments; to communicate with you about your inquiry or order by email, phone, and transactional text; to operate, maintain, and improve the site; to understand site traffic through analytics; and to comply with the law.

Online card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card numbers on our systems.

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill your orders, and meet our legal and business requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics providers' policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and secure, reputable hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

11. Florida Residents

12. Other Regions

13. Children’s Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
