Questions We Get Asked a Lot
How long does a bulk order take? ▼
It depends on the quantity, item type, and complexity of the design. We work with you to set a timeline that fits your deadline — just let us know your event date or delivery date when you reach out and we'll build the timeline around it.
Do you provide the items or do I need to supply them? ▼
Both options are available. We can source items for you, or you can supply your own blanks and we'll engrave them. If you're supplying items, just reach out and we'll confirm compatibility before you send anything over.
How does live event engraving work? ▼
We bring our full engraving setup to your venue and set up a kiosk-style station. Guests walk up, choose their item and design from available options, and we engrave it on the spot in minutes. Setup and teardown are handled entirely by us.
What file format do you need for logos? ▼
Vector files work best — SVG, AI, or EPS. PNG files with a transparent background also work well. If you only have a JPEG or a low-resolution image, reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do — we can often work with what you have.
Do you have a minimum order quantity? ▼
There's no strict minimum — we work with orders of all sizes. That said, larger orders allow us to offer better pricing per unit, so if you're flexible on quantity it's worth discussing what works best for your budget.
Do you ship or is pickup only? ▼
We offer both local pickup in the Orlando area and shipping for orders that need to travel. Shipping timelines and costs depend on the order size and destination — we'll include that in your quote.
