It depends on the quantity, item type, and complexity of the design. We work with you to set a timeline that fits your deadline, so just let us know your event or delivery date when you reach out and we will build the timeline around it.
Both work. We can source the items for you, or you can supply your own blanks and we will engrave them. If you are supplying items, reach out first and we will confirm they are compatible before you send anything over.
We bring our full setup to your venue and run a kiosk-style station. People walk up, pick their item and design, and we engrave it on the spot in minutes. Setup and teardown are handled entirely by us.
Vector files work best: SVG, AI, or EPS. A PNG with a transparent background also works well. If all you have is a JPEG or a low-resolution image, reach out anyway and we will see what we can do.
There is no strict minimum, we work with orders of all sizes. Larger orders do let us offer better pricing per unit, so if you are flexible on quantity it is worth talking through what fits your budget.
Both. We offer local pickup in the Orlando area and shipping for orders that need to travel. Shipping timelines and costs depend on the order size and destination, and we will include that in your quote.
